Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Michael Dennis is a senior executive with 30 years of experience in information technology and regulated industries. Michael has leveraged his expertise to enable significant operational cost reduction, achieve higher operational performance levels, improve customer relationships and satisfaction, and enable entry into new markets. Michael has extensive experience in customer care and meter-to-cash business processes, work management processes and electric industry restructuring. He has a proven record of successfully delivering large-scale, technology-centric change programs and managing IT operations. Michael uses his deep subject matter expertise in managing multi-site/multi-source teams, improving solutions delivery methodologies and tools, employing quality assurance practices, and implementing IT governance.
As part of the NTT Com Security management team, Michael focuses on delivering strategic changes, driving operational excellence, and developing management talent. Michael manages a portfolio of more than 60 simultaneous client projects and is charged with leading a staff of highly skilled and experienced security consultants. He is actively engaged in key client business development opportunities and oversight of project delivery and quality assurance.
Michael has previously been an independent consultant, leading Information Technology for Utility Customer Operations at Exelon Corp. He also has 20 years of consulting experience at Accenture, as a partner responsible for growing the practice, delivering large capital projects, developing new client relationships and gaining share in the Utilities market unit.
Michael received his BA in Computer Science and Economics, with honors, from Denison University. He holds an MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago.
