With global headquarters and regional bases in the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific (APAC), and Japan, our leadership team plans to provide increased value to our customers with the best-fit solutions and local responsiveness.

Frank Brandenburg

Frank Brandenburg

Chief Executive Officer

As a member of the Vorstand (NTT Security AG), Frank Brandenburg was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2015. 

Frank joined NTT Com Security in an advisory capacity in June 2012 and in early 2013 was appointed as Senior Vice President, Central Europe at NTT Com Security where he was responsible for significant revenue growth across the ‘DACH’ countries and France. He has 17 years’ experience in various top management positions within the IT and Security industry including organisations such as Websense, McAfee and Bay Networks/Nortel.


Peter Cunningham

Senior Vice President, Northern Europe

As SVP Northern Europe, Peter is responsible for leading the continued growth of NTT Com Security in the UK, Nordics and Benelux. He has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry with a global track record of building and managing high performance teams from different cultures, covering the entire scale of IT. Before joining NTT Com Security Peter had senior roles at McAfee and Sun Microsystems as well as at global air transport solutions provider SITA, leading major business transformation initiatives. Most recently he was CEO at Olton, where he created a unique intelligence software product and analyst consulting business.

Michael Barch

Senior Vice President, Americas

Michael Barch was appointed Senior Vice President of NTT Com Security, Americas in early 2013.

 

Mike has distinguished himself in helping NTT Com Security transform into a services driven security organization. Bringing 13 years of experience in both services and technology, Mike provides NTT Com Security with a unique perspective and valuable strategic insight.

 

He is a proven problem solver and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, having served as the Vice President and General Manager of Managed Security Services and Ethical Hacking business for British Telecom (BT) Americas.

 

Before that, Mike added to his leadership credentials by heading the sales effort in the Eastern United States for IBM/ISS, and spent thirteen years working at 3Com Corporation, moving from territory sales representative to strategic account sales, and finally to various sales management positions.

 

Mike has been a proven leader in the IT industry for more than 30 years. His expertise ranges from driving sales to managing services, covering everything in between.

Mike holds a BS in Computer Sciences from Virginia Tech University.

Kai Grunwitz

Kai Grunwitz

Senior Vice President, Central Europe

Kai Grunwitz was appointed Senior Vice President, Central Europe in August 2015. His previous role in NTT Com Security was Director Professional Services, Central Europe.

Kai has almost 20 years’ experience in various executive positions in the IT industry. Before joining NTT Com Security, he was Vice President of Oracle Consulting for Germany and Switzerland and a member of the board of Oracle Germany. And prior to that, he has held various international management and executive positions, including Head of Professional Services for Central Europe at Sun Microsystems. 
Kai studied Business Management at Mannheim University.

Raymond Teo

Regional Vice President, Asia

Raymond was appointed Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific in October 2015  and is responsible for planning and executing APAC strategy. Raymond has spent the last 14 years in the information security industry and has strong business development and operations experience across Asia. Prior to NTT Com Security, he was responsible for field operations and business development for Dimension Data’s Security Business Unit in Asia. He has been successful in both startups and multinationals, where he was responsible for budget exceeding $200M.
Gary Napotnik

Senior Vice President, Global Marketing

Gary Napotnik brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the software and services industry. He has a successful background in fostering development for technology companies, and has been instrumental in assisting organizations with the achievement of their growth goals through branding, market strategy and positioning. Napotnik has held executive sales and marketing positions at IBM’s Catapult Software Training Centers, Microage, Cerebellum Software, Systems Modeling Corporation, Rockwell Automation and HDJ Associates, Inc.
Garry Sidaway

Garry Sidaway

SVP Security Strategy & Alliances

Garry Sidaway was appointed Global Director of Security Strategy in January 2011. He works with global enterprise customers to help them address the challenges of embedding information security and risk management into the security fabric of a business. Garry has been working in IT throughout Europe and America for more than 25 years.

 

Prior to joining NTT Com Security, Garry worked in business development for Cybertrust, part of the Verizon Terremerk group, where he was responsible for strategy, branding and reporting.

 

Garry’s past roles have covered all aspects of information security and risk management. He has worked throughout the world in a wide range of industries, giving him a unique insight into business risks and information security. He has been instrumental in the development of security solutions to meet business needs.

Heather Scallan

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Heather was appointed Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources in April 2016 and leads the global human resources organisation.  She and her team are responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies to support individual and organisational development to drive business growth.  This encompasses the full range of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, total rewards, HR operations and systems.

Heather brings a wealth of international and multicultural HR experience from both the IT and FMCG sectors, having held senior roles in organisations such as Qlik, Hitachi Data Systems, Cisco Systems, Kraft Foods and Rothmans International.  She has lived and worked in locations across Europe, the Americas, Australasia and Asia Pacific.
 
Heather is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
